Resetting Your Chief Architect Account Password

PROBLEM

I want to sign in to my Chief Architect account, but I forgot my password. How can I reset my password?


SOLUTION

  1. Click on the My Account link located at the top of the website.


  2. Click on the Forgot My Password link.

    Note: If you're currently signed in to a Chief Architect account, but you no longer remember your password, proceed to sign out of your Chief Architect account to gain access to the 'Forgot My Password' link.


  3. Enter the e-mail address associated with your account, then click Submit.


  4. An e-mail with further instructions will be sent to your e-mail account.
