Supported Versions
Chief Architect is committed to providing excellent support for our Home Design products. Our support professionals are here to make sure your program is functioning correctly and to help you quickly resolve problems that prevent normal use. While our staff is trained in the use of our software and can often answer basic questions on how to use the software we recommend that these questions be directed to the HomeTalk user forum. Chief Architect, Inc. provides technical support for the current versions of Home Designer™.
Phone Support
Questions regarding installation or problems encountered while running the software can be quickly answered by our Chief Architect Support Staff. Chief Architect technical support is available from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday. Questions regarding how to use the software should be directed to the HomeTalk user forum. The support number is 208-292-3375.
Support Center Web
We have recently implemented the Chief Architect Online Support Center which will allow you to contact our support department via a secure web page. This will allow you to log in and contact our technical support staff. You will be able to review old support tickets, upload files, and recieve files from us. You will be notified via e-mail when a response has been submitted or you can check back periodically to see the status of your support ticket.
