We back all of our software products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, Chief Architect, Inc. will gladly refund your purchase price (excluding shipping, handling and taxes if purchased at a reseller) within 30 days of purchase. Purchases must have been with Chief Architect or a qualified reseller. Simply contact our Sales Department for a Return Authorization request. Dates are calculated from the time of your receipt or invoice. Returns require the product packaging (with UPC code if applicable), complete contents including hardware lock (if purchased), and receipt. If you downloaded the product, you will be required to uninstall the product and sign a destruction agreement. The Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee is a limited one time offer. We are happy to refund your purchase one time, but not for subsequent purchases.

Current Version Guarantee

If you purchased one of our products from a qualified retail outlet and you found that your product is not the most current version within the past 30 days, we can help you get the most current version of the same product.
