I have damaged or lost my USB Hardware Lock device. How do I arrange to replace my broken dongle?
To see if your Home Designer Pro license is eligible to replace a hardware lock, you will need to contact Chief Architect's Home Designer Customer Service department.
Customer Service is generally available Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Understand that in most cases you will be required to pay a replacement fee for the damaged lock itself, in addition to shipping and handling, and that you will also be required to return the damaged hardware lock.
